Bailey Maintenance regard testing and commissioning as of paramount importance both to the company and to the client. The nature of works undertaken include the full range of electrical & mechanical testing and commissioning ranging from LV & HV testing, to temperature monitoring and water sampling.
The level of training of engineers suitable to undertake this work is carefully monitored. Engineers are continually assessed by in-house management.
New legislative requirements are continually being addressed by Bailey Maintenance who advise clients of how any changes will effect them. Internally the company also ensures all relevant departments and engineers undergo training to ensure familiarisation with new legislation.
