Sub Contractors
On occasions it is recognised that specialist sub-contractors have to be called upon for certain works within a particular contract. We have the necessary expertise to manage these sub-contractors accordingly. Where specialists are not nominated or specified, we would select suitably qualified companies who comply fully to the performance criteria and the contract programme constraints.
Before being engaged all sub contractors are required to fill in Vendor Questionnaires regarding Health & Safety and Quality Assurance. The Subcontractors responses are marked and assessed before engagement.
In addition to the questionnaires our Engineering Department carry out Vendor Assessment visits when circumstances dictate to verify the responses given in the questionnaires.
Ongoing performance monitoring, in accordance with our QA procedures, is carried out by the Contract Manager and the Engineering Department.
