Mobile Engineers

Mobile service engineers provide a cost-effective method of maintaining a buildings’ mechanical and electrical assets. Periodic maintenance visits can be tailored to suite a clients’ individual circumstances and operating times. Mobile engineers allow a client to have the right skills to carry out any task without the associated cost of employing a full time engineer.
Engineers are organised through our network of Service Centres covering England, Scotland and Wales. They are trained to a high standard and are available to cover emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Service Centres keep in contact with engineers by utilising mobile phones, pagers and the hand-hand technology which is an integral part of our newly implemented service management system. This approach, coupled with the tracking systems fitted to our service vehicles, enables Bailey Maintenance to respond promptly to any system failure. Our objective is to have the right engineer on site in the shortest possible time.
Service levels are established by Contract Managers and Supervisors conducting on-site audits of an engineer’s work. This practice, coupled with regular client meetings, is designed to ensure that optimum maintenance frequencies are maintained in line with the assets’ design criteria.
Mobile engineers are available to support resident engineers when there is a need for extra manpower required for additional works.
