Our large fleet includes heavy goods vehicles, vans, estate cars and company cars.
In 2006 an Energy Savings Trust Green Fleet review identified various measures we can implement. The company is now implementing this strategy and aims to reduce mileage by 5% and save over 147,000 kg/CO2 per year.
We have introduced the Toyota Prius, a hybrid petrol and electric vehicle, which our people can select as a company car. Other incentives encourage staff to opt for a smaller vehicle with typically lower CO2 emissions.
