Resource Efficiency
The Bailey Lean Implementation Strategy (BLIS) is a practice sharing scheme allowing our teams to deliver projects efficiently.
The scheme looks at reducing our material and resource waste, and enhances our project teams' efficiency and safety.
We have recycling schemes across a number of our office locations, further improving our efficiency.
We aim to build on this work and measure our impact in this area across the group in order to identify how we can further reduce our environmental impact.
