Public Buildings
Public buildings and civic spaces often inspire innovative structures with a heighted appreciation of our heritage. NG Bailey has many years experience in the public sector, including projects for museums, galleries, auditoriums and government buildings.
One of the more complex projects in this sector was the Wales Millennium Centre. This mechanical and electrical project covered a 2000-seat auditorium with office and accommodation space, rehearsal rooms and retail outlets for seven organisations under one roof. Bailey provided a vast number of services including specialist theatre wiring, a fire alarm system, security systems, sprinklers, air conditioning, insulation refrigeration and ice storage.
