With any project, the most visible stage is the installation, bringing together the full range of our skills and capabilities.
Planning the installation begins as near to the start of a project as possible. Early involvement allows our installation management and site teams to positively influence the outcome of a project and exceed the client’s expectations.
Our highly experienced project managers employ professionalism, partnership and attention to detail throughout the fulfilment process. Our 'on time and on budget' reputation is key to our overall proposition to remain the preferred contractor of choice for developers, builders and owner-occupiers.
Our methodical approach
At pre-commencement stage we identify site-specific project and client requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This includes inspection and test plans together with the necessary health & safety commitments.
Where necessary we identify the need for off-site fabrication and unusual or abnormal works requiring specialist attention and safety measures.
We then agree, deliver and constantly monitor a comprehensive programme for the installation work. An appropriate team is carefully assembled, based upon the specific requirements of the project.
The team consists of tradesmen, labour and technical specialists. Throughout the project, regular checks take place to make sure we’re meeting the required standards and specifications. As each section of the installation is completed, it will be checked by our in-house electrical and mechanical inspect and test engineers who operate independently from the installation team.
The project manager, working with commissioners and principal contractors, plans the commissioning period. All the information is validated against the initial design criteria. There is also a building functionality check to ensure any system we install satisfies the project’s design philosophy. It’s a methodical and successful approach that sets the industry standard.
