Best practice is not simply a lofty goal that we can all aspire to. Legislators are setting increasingly demanding performance targets. Brands are making bold commitments to their customers and stakeholders. Employees are demanding better workplaces in return for their continued loyalty. Energy prices are spiralling ever higher. As the demand for change is pressed from all sides, we must look carefully at how we deliver buildings that perform more effectively and meet the needs of our customers.
